They have serious issues with SMS service. Especially with supposedly Medallion-level agents claiming that redemption categorically is not possible with SM on [insert name of airline that is listed as a redemption partner on DL.COM as of right now - in your case, CI, in mine, MH and SQ]

I am engaged in such struggle from the terminal at KUL - more later on this later.
