The problem, I ran into months ago was that it was " on request" to Tam and I would have to keep checking back. I was within 2 weeks of travel, so way within the 90 days , but they expected me to call constantly to see if it was available,

nothing confirmable at time of call and that was because if TAM's policy. not a lack of availability. Availability was not visible to aeroplan.
