I'm doing the same (10 hr. layover) at MXP. The thread is over 2 yrs. old. Any updates or additions would be much appreciated. I'm just looking to walk around the city center a bit, grab a bite to eat, have a nice cup of coffee and be back at the airport for 9 pm flight.

are there any lounges with showers at MXP?
