The applications on the Blackberry, are terrible. I don't know how people can even claim it can hold a candle to the iPhone, although I hear them try all the time.

If I had to pick only one camp, I'd probably pick the Blackberry 9700 - great battery life, good camera, bulletproof, most reliable Blackberry I've ever had, and I had one since they looked like big pagers while the cool kids were just then getting Skytel Pagers.

You can debate the best carrier, I have AT&T and find them adequate. Not great, but ok.
