When you checkin at FUK in the morning. They will check your baggage through to HKG.

When you check your baggage in at FUK they will also issue your boarding pass for NRT-HKG. Once you arrive at NRT there will be tons of ground staff to guide you through to the domestic-international connecting area. You will clear security + immigration there. The wait time is anywhere from 0 to 15 minutes. When you leave that area it deposits you right around the 50's gate area and you are good to connect .

You have no worries about the 55 minute connection. ^
