The 762s will be retired not long after the 787s arrive; in addition, the 787s will replace the AB6 capacity (probably by freeing up 763s to move to the Caribbean in a higher seating density) and permit AA some growth. If AA takes delivery of 100 787s, I expect to see very few 763s at that point.
