Well the seats are new leather in a 2-2 configuration as opposed to the 3-3 on the Avro/RJ100. Also, the overhead bins do allow for fatter cabin luggage compared with the Avro. Finally, the wings are below the window so the window view is not obstructed.

Its new so everything works.
There is a catch - they still use the Avro on some flights.
