I agree. Most of my charges are on Amex. Over the years I've had a few problems with charges on my card and they were taken care of in a very professional and customer friendly manner.
This month I had a problem with my Chase Visa bill. It took a long wait on hold and a threat to cancel the card to get them to remove questionable charges totalling $11.50. It involved a minimum cash advance fee and a minimum interest amount on a small charge that had been coded as a cash advance rather than a purchase. Technically, they were in the right. However, $11.50 to keep a good customer happy.
