Hitting Mauritius as part of the safari/island honeymoon

I wanted to stay at the Four Seasons, but realistically I refuse to pay 1800 dollars a night in January. Nice as it may be.

So my options are,

The Hilton in a suite or the Sofitel in a Suite.

Thoughts?

I just want to relax, unwind and have a poshish hotel with a quiet beach to lay on.
