Without that coating, the sunshine/heat during the daytime would become unbearable, and you still wouldn't be able to see out onto the tarmac very well with all the glare.

Great to see MSP also get a nod in that article. It routinely keeps coming up near the top of these kinds of surveys/studies. If only DL would start sharing the loads across all their hubs a bit more...then perhaps the on-time performance at ATL & JFK could be improved a bit.
