IMHO Seatguru is probably the most useless seating guide after Tripadvisor took over! Why, because the site is no longer independent and run on advertisement revenue... If you send them a report on a certain seat, they will not publish it if it doesn't follow the advertisers wishes... Imagine a pro AF advert giving AF bad seat reviews and only BA great reviews?

Hi Cupart. I am a bit surprised by your post. I would appreciate if you could elaborate as I use seatguru periodically for various airlines.
I agree that Skytrax, who posts airline reviews and rating, is very biased by its ad revenues from airlines. But I thought that seatguru primarily provides seat plans with their green and yellow judgment on best and worst seats. I usually agree with those judgments. Are you suggesting that they would not post yellow seats on a favored airline, or less of them?
A well-known problem with seatguru is that they keep seat plans configuratiosn that are not up to date and take time to introduce new ones.
