With biz at typically around 10x the cost of coach, it is really hard to justify from a business perspective. There are a few European and Asian airlines that offer some form of premium economy to fill the gap, but when even that costs 2-3x the cheapest coach fare, my company won't go for it. So about the best that myself and many others can hope for is E+ on UA, which is tolerable on long-haul only with the help of prescription sleep aids and alcohol.
