I'm new and confused so bear with me.....

I converted £341.50 through my cc account and received 109,280 ba miles instead of the 81,960 that I was expecting (I'm not complaining). It seems that I've got the 3.2 rate. Why? I don't understand how some people get 2.4 miles per point and others 3.2.

I've probably had my clubcard since the scheme first started. I've never converted airmiles or ba miles before, in fact I've only been collecting ba miles since January. Is there any reason for me not to expect the double miles promotion?
