According to all the records we can find in our office, and the member accounts pulled up as our highest mileage members used in training new aadvantage agents, the top mileage holder is just under 27 million miles. The account holder lives on the East Coast of the USA and is a very nice person as I have spoken to them. The member is also a lifetime Aairpass holder.
