Just burned (I thought) 125K Business Class each for travel:

ATL-CO-EWR-CO-BOM (stopover) BOM-SQ-SIN-SQ-PVG-FM-KMG (that's Kunming China, in western China and final destination/ open jaw) Train back to PVG then PVG-SQ-SIN-LH-FRA-LH-EWR-ATL. All travel is continuous except for the one allowed stopover in BOM and our destination in China . Actually I added the open jaw seg on Shanghai Airlines after the original res and paid the change fee. Now, I look at my OP account and find they have nailed us for 160K instead of 125K. I had some problem re-booking the westbound PVG-FM-KMG seg because the agent said I had to travel eastbound. I explained that the only CNX to Kunming on * was at PVG. Now I look at my OP record and see I have been hit with a 160K redemption each. WTH is going on? I am not a happy camper. Thought I would confer with you experienced OP gurus before calling the OPSC. What should I do
