Anyone know why I might be getting this message? I get it after I spend the time entering all of the passport info for the TATL flight, then I get Screen 2 entitled "Seat and Baggage" with that message inscribed across the top.
The people at +312-04747474 have no idea what causes it, and can't do anything about it.
On the basis its a TATL flight the issue is clearance for passport/visa.
