Y'all are missing an obvious answer to the problem - just order the Air Boss, etc. in the bag color you like, and then a second one with the emblem in the color you like, and move the emblem from the latter to the former!

Actually, I was kidding (who is gonna buy an extra Air Boss just to have an emblem in the color they prefer) - but ya know, while typing this I realized it might work - instead of a second Air Boss, buy a Lil Roy ($25) with the emblem color you like and have its emblem moved to the first bag! Yeah, you still gotta pay $25 for the second bag/emblem (which is far more than an emblem ought to be but you do at least get a second bag out of it), and have the emblem sewed on by hand, but it would work!

I am assuming all of the emblem patches are the same size - anyone know?
