I get this messAge too often mainly due to the fact that I end or start my journey with a partner airline, in my case MAS. Another reason it crops up, if you book through an agent and they use AF codes throughout but your itenirary includes Kl metal, this throws up the message too . That's what I was told by AF anyway.
