No. It's supposed to be a $100 per night minimum, 2+ night stay before coupon use. I can tell you at the moment, that THOSE terms and conditions, as listed for the promo, are not being enforced.

The code from last week had a 2-night minimum stay, $25 minimum per night restriction to use the coupon (actually, as long as the room rate averaged $25 per night, the coupon would work). That was enforced. This coupon currently is acting like that coupon code.
