The footnote is wrong, it refers to the minimum 125 miles on the 25% x 500 mile Partner Airlines. But IB - like RJ - is a 300 mile Partner Airline, so you get 25% x 300 = 75.

You get the Tier Bonus on QF, but not on any other Partner Airlines.
