Hate to be a spoilsport, but I'd call a 45-minute connection iffy. Any delays at all and you're cutting it awfully close. It never seems to fail that I'm arriving at the far end of Terminal D and need to get to the far end of Terminal E! Picture me listening intently and hopefully as the FA announces the arrival gate and connecting info, only to moan in despair as this happens time after time! ;-)
