CX253 is usually a 744 which has the newer F Suites (much better than the airbus or 777). IFE will be great (except for the commercials on the moving map - which you still get in F and J).
The Suites are identical on the 773ER and the 744. Some may prefer the cabin layout/ambiance on the 744, bu the seats are the same. I understand that all the Airbus aircraft have now had the F cabin removed, so the old "Betsy" seats are gone.
