Italy and Spain are a pain in the lower back, and France is just about OK. Germany can be all right, but will inevitably be tediously bureaucratic. If you have a nice touristy itinerary, lots of hotel res. confirmations, paid return tickets, then I'd say Switzerland. They like their tourists there...
