Any ticket agent won't share with you anything more than seatcounter (or expedia.com) would. But they did!

I tried what I said, and called the AC Tokyo office today. They told me there were 6 others already wait listed in economy. The AC website is showing 9 seats in J, and I am on the wait list to use my SSWU.

As I understand this game, I need to check in online 24 hours before departure if I'm not upgraded during the day tomorrow. But will arriving at the airport early improve my chances? It makes no difference if you do an OLCI, does it?

Does anybody know if I can supply AC with the same cert number for my return request? There are 13 seats available and my Tuesday return allows me to make the request the morning of my outbound departure.
