Writing this at the moment from the Club Lounge in the front building of the Hyatt in Singapore. Stayed for the first three nights of our stay in Singapore in Sentosa in Capella Resort. Nice Villa with private plunge pool, but service wise .......OMG, it was BADDDDD. Can't say how happy I am with the service here in the Hyatt. Our little boy was not feeling well and at the lounge yesterday the ... manager arranged congee for the next day for our son for lunch and for dinner! The staff at the lounge is PERFECT!! I paid SGD300+ for the room and used one of my suite upgrades. Got a good room on the 18th floor. Agree - room is showing age but still acceptalble. After so many stays in hotels...what really counts is a good warm shower and good service.
