No good news I'm afraid.
BLR (at least, the International part) has 1 lounge, the Oberoi lounge, which is a contract lounge used by *A airlines. It is, as pointed out above, in the departures terminal of BLR, which is not accessible from arrivals. BLR is about 40 minutes away from the city centre (not sure where you're staying).
On the outbound, check-in opens 3 to 3.5 hours before the flight, so say around midnight. You have to check-in and clear immigration and security before accessing the lounge, and once you enter the terminal, you're stuck there. There is nothing around the area. I would suggest paying for the extra night at the hotel and just aiming to get to BLR around midnight.
