As dazz81 notes, the 773 seats are 'new', and the same design as those found in the 747/346/772 (but not 772ER), albeit that the pod of 3 seats is unique to the 773.
So, the biz seat is pretty much the same. no matter what aircraft turns up on the day.
Hmmm - I found a huge difference between 777 seats on Thai and the 747 or 346.
Flew a couple of weeks ago on a 772 and 773 (followed by a 346) and the 777 seats had leg rests which just fell away quite steeply.
The 346 (and 747) seats were much flatter and comfortable.
