all the time. I lived in Paris and worked at CDG. When I caught them, they would come up with some excuse. Sorry but my flights did NOT arrive at rush hour... I think a lot of people simply aren't aware that they do this since they don't know Paris as well.
Some Danish guy took one to court a few years ago but I don't have the details. At that time, there was all sorts of talk in the press about it being a problem.
