don't know about arrival situation, but i somehow doubt you'll have much luck there.

wikipedia wrote about a airport-hotel to open June 2010 only.

check-in for departure should open around 3hours before start IIRC. the lounge I used back then (don't recall name) was actually OK for India and had working free wifi.

don't know the hotel you stay at, but sure you can keep your things there and maybe waste some time in the Spa...

I hate the India flight times.
