Flew the TW flights and (after it credits) I'll now be at 1M miles, but check out the way this milestone happened:

We pull away from the gate on TW and start to taxi (completely full, RDU to STL) when someone realizes HALF THEIR SEAT BELT IS GONE. We have to taxi back to the gate, wait 30 mins for a technician to find the right half...

Even the captain came out and started ripping out seat cushions thinking it was just out of sight.

What an embarassment.

All the TW flight attendants were total grouches...Is this typical or they just PO'd about integrating into AA?

I just kept thinking the whole day, No WONDER these people went bankrupt!
