Why not Resorts World in Sentosa? The casino segment is opened on 13 Feb 2010 and Universal Studios is slated to open by Mar 2010. Plenty of hotel options (6 in Resort world and another 3 to 4 in Sentosa). You maybe able to snag great opening rates ..
