There is no additional benefit, it is the other way round.
Access to Qantas Clubs is for OW elites and for Qantas Club members. A SG only get access because of the complimentary QP membership. This is a legacy of when QF lounges were organised similar to US based lounges with a paid membership as the foundation rather than access through a premium ticket or status.
So the moment QF removes the complimentary QP membership than a QFF would be similar to an AA elite as he or she would not get access in their home country but only everywhere else.
