Continental now offers 4 SWU per year for 100,000 mile flyers, with less fare restrictions than UA. For you, the downside may be that CO metal only offers BusinessFirst and no true First class.
Given CO and UA merge, you may also get MM credit for your CO miles at some point and would have your mileage accounts conveniently combined.
