Instead, you want to close the boarding door and delay departure as the passenger in Y gathers up their belongings and move to F, search for space for their carryon in the overhead and resettle into their seat? FAs already have enough to deal with before pushback. Maybe the Captain should do the inviting instead and the First Office can help carry the Elite's belongings too.
