Used to be a shuttle (meaning I went to Houston all the time and have stayed there, but neither in quite some time) and considered an airport hotel. (The "airport hotels" at IAH run all the way south from the airport down JFK to Loop 8, and then west to Loop 8/I-45 intersection aka Greenspoint. Some distance farther away, but not under standard climb-out route like the JFK hotels). Call to confirm shuttle still runs if that is important.

If I was needing a quick short Hyatt stay or the price was good I might go there. If I needed to be at the airport or it was just a one-night connection layover there are comparable hotels and better closer to the airport on JFK. (I usually booked the Marriott two blocks farther west for similar money. Its not exactly restaurant wonderland around there without a car, and the Marriott food was pretty good. The disclaimer is its been too long ago to be a current opinion).
