Then when I provided a confirmation number showing that I had booked a non-schedule flight with two flight numbers the agent wrote that off as an "internet error and i should not have been allowed to book that flight."

Four different agents including two "supervisors" and one person from customer relations vehemently denied this was possible. :ugh:

Over the past few months the website and customer service has severely let me down.

from the rapid rewards section under rules:

Award travel must occur on scheduled service between origin and destination. If we do not offer scheduled service between any two cities, an unscheduled routing may be built. Unscheduled routings must be built using the most direct routes and the first available connecting flights. Arrival at destination must occur on the same day as departure from origin. An overnight stopover may not occur at any point between origin and destination. If an overnight stopover is scheduled, additional Award coupons must be used.

keep checking until you get a knowledgeable agent on the phone. unfortunately i'm off work the next two days lol. ^

i'm not a spokesman, my views and or opinions expressed here are nothing more than my own and nobody elses and in no way are supported or condoned by southwest airlines
