I have been led to believe that it is quite ok. However, would like some confirmation. Also, I have been told that the prices are quite comparable to duty-free shops around the world. I am not too sure of the selection; recently chanced on the arrivals duty free shop at PEK, and it was rather limited. Much smaller than their departure level offerings.

Cheers.
I have not specifically looked for single malts. As I remember, the DEL duty free at arrivals (One at each end of the luggage carousel area) are rather small with greater emphasis on U.K. brands. It's difficult to walk a around in the shop wit a backpack or a carry on. Prices ore better tan those I have seen in the U.S. duty free shops.
