As stated, the bed does go flat - but is angled! There are worse angled seats than SQ's... I find the spacebed rather comfy, of course it does not compare to new SQ C...

You can book via the SQ website, or call them... Go to 'Before you fly' and then click into Plan and Prepare - meal request. You will need your FF number/e-ticket or PNR to retrieve your booking.
