Question CX253 - What is it like in F
Some help please - am thinking of taking CX253 HKG/LHR on May 2nd in F & wanted to know if any Cathay regulars on this route can let me know:-

1.What is jet lag like on this flight?

2. Is it crewed by HKG or LHR crews?

3. Are the meals lunch & dinner?

4. Is it best to try & stay awake for most of flight & then sleep in late next day at LON.
