I would say the Amex Aeroplan Platinum for that kind of spending, but the new SPG Amex is a close call as well depending on your travel preferences. If you like AC go for the AP Platinum. If you like more flexibility (because you can transfer into most programs) and SPG hotels, go for the SPG card.
