My original inquiry was to ask for a 3 flight number award travel, but wow, the agents' knowledge completely underwhelmed me.
They even denied that building a non-scheduled route on half an award with TWO flight numbers was feasible.
Then when I provided a confirmation number showing that I had booked a non-schedule flight with two flight numbers the agent wrote that off as an "internet error and i should not have been allowed to book that flight."
Four different agents including two "supervisors" and one person from customer relations vehemently denied this was possible. :rofl: :ugh:
Over the past few months the website and customer service has severely let me down.
