You keep talking about "villas", are you looking for things like butler service and a private pool? That's what you get with a "villa". They are more like a 5 star condo that exists in the hotel than a normal room. They run anywhere from $1,500 a night on up, depending on the property and the number of bedrooms. You need to contact the property with your requirements, and they will give you a quote.

The 2BR suite at the Mirage is a upgraded normal room attached to a 1BR suite. Some of these suites come with butler service, but no balcony or private pool. They are really nice suite rooms. They all come with things like expedited check in and line passes. Look at the link I gave you above for a floor plan and details.

Any holiday weekend is going to be expensive for suites or normal rooms (Labor Day weekend especially). For the entry level 2br suite at the mirage, you're looking at about $400-500/night plus tax. If you want the penthouse (butler service, etc), It'll likely be a hundred bucks or so a night more. Call and ask.

Be aware that most suites and villas in Vegas come with only king sized beds in their bedrooms. Some of the second bedrooms have 2 queens, but the majority are another king. So, you're looking at 3 beds tops per suite. Not sure if your party is OK with sharing beds.

You may be better off with one suite (for the party) and putting everyone else in individual rooms...
