We all have (good?) reasons to complain about airlines but I must say that I was impressed with BA lately.
I had 40K miles on my account and they cancelled them because my account didn't have any activity for the last 36 months.
I wrote them a letter saying that they should have warned me a few weeks/months before that my miles were expiring.
Well, 2 weeks later they replied and recredited my account on the ground that they should have warned me before.
nice touch.
