Most of the time they won't - not everybody joins the QP on their membership anniversary date. Not everyone with status reaches that status in line with their QP anniversary date.
People who get to SG with 10 months of their QP membership left will show a QP expiry date ten months after their QFF membership date. All makes a lot of sense when you think about it.
