HIDDY - I have seen the supply chains of M and S and Waitrose in action and the level of confidence I have as a consumer ( and a SC person) is high. Other retailer much less so.

Bigbopper - a very sweeping statement. Grounds. FYI the seashell is a shadow of it's former self. A change of ownership 4 years ago has seen quality fall.
