I have used them, normally at the Berlin train station, they are very good, knowledgeable and efficient. They have gotten me tickets for less than I would have paid at the ticket counter, when bought in advance. I have also ordered from their American office, there are shipping and handling charges, the tickets are printed in Germany, sent to Florida and then sent to you, so you have to order well in advance.
