Why bother serving peanuts?
So I just got off DL1650, ATL-ORF (flight time 1:07). Missed the upgrade, sat in Y. Was served a single bag of peanuts from the "King Nut Companies". The bag is .42 oz (12 g). I counted... 25 "half" seeds. So filling. Why even bother serving anything? Would save weight and trash.
Why DL uses a 737-700 on this route is a whole other thread. Granted it was nice to have AVOD and wifi (though it was not working), but I thought these planes were bought for mission specific airports.
