I'm going to be using my miles to do a flight and was wondering if I was going to earn miles for it still... its going to cost me 72,500 miles but last time I took the flight I earned 4,500 miles... so really it would only be costing me 68,000.

I really don't care about earning miles I can use for flights, I care more for earning medaliion miles so I can move up in status.
