First off, is this possible at all? Has anyone had any success in doing so? My sister had 140 K miles (Air France) that expired. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get them reinstated? I'm not familiar with this program so any help would be appreciated. I did some searches here in this forum, but didn't find a clear suggestion for this situation. Thanks for your help!
