I agree with Mlle Galore that it's too long. We're supposed to fasten seat belts before we push back. We are told how to do this when we're half way to the runway. In reality, nobody needs to be told how (or they can be told personally if they haven't fastened for push back).
By the time we see the safety video we have also stowed our luggage. Get rid of the luggage bit of the video. People who have it in the wrong place tend to ignore the video and have to be told by a cabin crew member personally where to shove it

Would
"Put up (your luggage in the overhead bin),
shove up (your luggage up under the seat in front of you),
shut up, belt up, read up (the safety card)
" be short enough?
Also, sometimes the video is incredibly loud on s/h aircraft. Sometimes to the point of hurting my ears.
I agree, and sometimes, the PA has a squeak in the background. They can be painful.
